SHIPPING & RETURNS
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based upon weight. The weight of any item can be found listed on its detail page. Due to the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

You’re responsible to add a correct “shipping address”, if USPS return a package back to us as “Insufficient address” we will deduct a shipping label cost paid for it.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Nail Brush are FINAL SALE! We do not offer returns.

ALL returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, used at our discretion. You may return new and unopened items (within 7 days of delivery) for a full refund minus the original shipping cost that we paid to ship to you and a possible restocking fee.

We take pride in all of the quality, factory-tested products we carry. If you think an item is defective, please let us know.

For any exchange or return, you are responsible for shipping the item back to Aimi Nails. We assume no responsibility for items not insured, lost in the mail, or return shipping fees. Do not write on the original retail box/packaging.
